scrapbook memories

Its funny how idleness makes you reminisce a lot of memories - both sad and happy.
Its true when they say that sad moments make you happy cos you got over them and
remembering happy moments make you cry cos you know deep down its a one-time thing that
is needed to be cherished forever. And because its summer and I have at least 4 days to be a
couch potato i found myself remembering all those moments just by browsing random photos in my
desktop computer. Here are some:

but it doesn't stop there you see. This only means we have to make new adventures, moments that would make you grow and actually be happy/. Everyday is an adventure, that's what I've been trying to believe and I'm savoring every single bit of it. hahaha

April Fool's

After 2 weeks of more or less 2-3 hrs of sleep per day,
I was determined to be happy on my first Summer day! XD

and yet, I was fooled. Earth to me, I was met with friends
texting me jokes very early in the morning and drama-ON in the family.

And because I deserved something better than this, I demanded for
a quiet sit-down dinner with a band that would serenade my night away.
A trip down to Jazz & Blues w/ my cousin, bro and Papa was perfect!!
Music, dim lights and good food - what more could i ask for?

before that we went back to being kids and swung to Tarzan ropes and watched all the
creatures in Rainforest. Sad though that birds are caged in a very small space esp. the Phil.
eagle. It's our national eagle yet what pride does one symbolic bird get when his wings are
cramped up in a cage thats too small for em, eh? I say they should all be set free.

breaking the routine

Amidst my busy shed, i totally needed something spontaneous. So, i want to share something I did just for the heck of it. This is my friend's project for his Ad class and he made us his models. It was fun. I got to appreciate the hard work of the production team in creating such an art. As we look at it, it seems so friggin' easy. But it isn't. So much considerations had to be done and one must be prepare to be very flexible should unexpected changes be made.

Hands down to all the people who create such a wonderful piece of art. You give life and magnify beauty in such hard yet fulfilling ways. :D Amazing Masscom people. makes me want to shift. But never mind, Polsci is good also, just in a different, more geeky way.
