In need to be rescued.

First days are always hard. So they say. Although i have had my fair share of "first days" in the 13 years I've gone to school, I still feel the same feeling the first time I experienced it - Nerves, excitement and just plain butterflies in my stomach. But because I believe in the power of positivism, I always think that eventually things will always go my way. Then again, you'll never know.

Even though how many times and how long you've prepared for something, such as my first day, sometimes things just go out of hand. I woke up this morning actually feeling good but things happened at home which carefully clouded my ray of sunshine.

In this home i feel totally alone. Got a heck of a fight with siblings and its been going on forever. Overexposed and underappreciated.  I feel distressed and i am in need to be rescued. As the famous Jenna of AWKWARD says - All heroes please apply.

Cheers to 19 years!

It's funny how time flies by so fast. Yesterday I felt like I was a baby playing lego bricks and throwing stones at my childhood crush and now I'm that lady whom people can't believe has grown after all that stone throwing and backyard-mud-playing. Well, I can't seem to find the difference 'cept of course the height and the added fats from before.

The 25th of October has always been my special day. I get to have it on my own cos there's no school vying for my attention since it's the middle of our semestral break. The plus is i get to have my friend's full day too! HA! Funny though that I have posted this just now, nov. 10. Been so busy having fun! >:D Been catching up on my favorite tv shows which I will tell you all later, biking around our city, celebrating life and being a home buddy.

When I was like 10 or 12 I always thought that being 19 would actually mean that you're becoming mature and really responsible. I don't feel that yet or maybe I haven't noticed? Oh well, just have to work on that now. So here is how I spent my day with my friends and my lovely family. Family dinner the night before at top part of Cebu and we partied under the sun in Plantation Day on the day itself - 25th. :D

The sun is shining again.

The rain has been endlessly pouring for days now. I don't know if it's a good thing though. It kinda makes me sad that there are a lot of people who do not have houses to cover them from the cold freezing rain. It's depressing. I do hope they're okay though. But the rain isn't that bad, it washed away dirt and quenched the need of thirsty plants. It also gave us a break from the glaring sun.

But I miss the sun. AND FINALLY, it has come out again. Hoping it would be long :) There are a lot of things we could do under the sun and it seems more happy too! :)

#2: 100 Things I'm Thankful for

A very loud #2 on my list in 100 Things I'm Thankful for is: MY FRIENDS! Yeah! \m/

I can't describe how thankful I am for their presence in my life! Near of far, wherever they are, they bring both happiness and joy to me. They're like the siblings I never had. They accept me for who I am and they keep me grounded. They have been witnesses of my life's adventures. Throughout the joy and pain, they've been there for me all the way.

We were so young then indeed. My only photo of my 2nd year in High-school.
That's Kat, Me, Normaine and Karl! :D

My Polsci class.

They're crazy, obnoxious, loud, weird but they're also supportive, honest, and true. I love you guys to bits and pieces. HAHAHA!!

“Even though we've changed and we're all finding our own place in the world, we all know that when the tears fall or the smile spreads across our face, we'll come to each other because no matter where this crazy world takes us, nothing will ever change so much to the point where we're not all still friends." A quote i got somewhere which rings true about how I feel towards these crazies. :)
